 The Washington County Fair Farm Museum will be open 10am – 3pm on the following dates during the 2007 season.   Admission is FREE.   The Farm Museum will be open in conjunction with other events on the fairgrounds. Some of the other events require an admission to the fairgrounds.  The Museum will also accommodate educational and group tours by appointment.  Call 518-692-2464 or write 392 Old Schuylerville Road, Greenwich, NY 12834

Planting Day

Saturday, May 18th – The cycle of life on the farm started with the planting of seeds. Visitors will experience a variety of spring planting activities as they plant both Hebron Beauty and Gold Coin potato varieties along with dent corn.

Youth Art Show

Saturday, June 2nd – “Picture Washington County” a public exhibit of artwork depicting Family Chores 1850 –1900 created by Washington County youth ages 7-18. 

Family Fun with Charlotte and Friends

Participate in activities, visit with animals and enjoy foods based on the beloved children’s book Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White

Harvesting Day

Saturday September 8th   - Harvesting was an important time to the farm family as they prepared for the coming winter.  Visitors can help with the harvesting of corn and potatoes and learn how these and other foods were stored for the winter.
