FAQ's of Fair Entry

What do I need to use Fair Entry for online exhibit entry?
You will need to have
A valid email address
A credit card for open class entry fee
Does it matter what browser I use?
Recommended browsers are Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
Can I enter more than one person at a time?
You can enter more than one person on a Fair Entry account. After you complete an entry, it will ask you if you want to add additional entries or add another individual. The program will walk you through the process, of entering each individual completely one at a time.
How do I know that my entries have been submitted?
You must click the SUBMIT button when you have completed your entries.
Once you have SUBMITTED your entries
CHECK your email for a CONFIRMATION EMAIL with a list of your entries and any related fees.
How do I know if my entries have been approved or rejected?
You will receive an email that states that they were approved. If any entry or part of an entry was rejected there will be a statement identifying what was rejected and usually why. It will also usually state what you need to do.
Can I enter more than once? Or if I decide I want to add more entries can I? And How?
If you want to add to your first list of entries you can, but you have to wait until after your prior list of entries was approved or rejected. If you register as another exhibitor it confuses things. So with that said, your entries are usually aproved/rejected within a few hours after you have submitted them. However, on the night of the deadline you have up to midnight. Additions will not be able to be made after that.
Can I make youth entries one day (because there are no fee) and open entries another day (because there is a fee)?
Yes, as long as you click the SUBMIT button as youth entries do not require a fee, that is fine. When entering in the OPEN Dept. a fee is required and you will have to make the payment via credit card at the time of SUBMISSION
Will I be able to enter after the deadline of midnight, July 22nd?
No, the site will no longer be accessible to exhibitors once the deadline has passed
If I need help entering online what do I do? Where do I go?
- You may call the Entry Office during their regular and extended hours (518) 692-2464 and ask questions or you may stop in and ask for assistnace in entering and the Entry Office staff will help you get started on the computer right there.
