No Pets Policy

No Pets allowed on the fairgrounds at any time.

Service Dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities, will be admitted. ***All service dogs must have PROOF of rabies vaccination to enter the grounds.

All dogs entering the fairgrounds, including service animals, must be current on rabies vaccination in accordance with New York State Public Health Law.

Proof of a current rabies vaccination may be requested for any dog on the grounds. This requirement applies equally to all dogs and is necessary due to the presence of livestock and other animals that may be at risk.

Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We do not require documentation of a disability or certification of a service animal. Staff may ask the two questions permitted under the ADA if the service provided is not readily apparent.

Dogs must remain under control at all times and may be removed if they pose a direct threat to the health or safety of people or animals.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe agricultural environment for all.
