Washington County Fair Gymkhana Series

Join us for a fun and exciting series of gymkhana events designed for riders of all ages and experience levels!

From competitive speed events to our lighthearted classes, there’s something for everyone; kids, beginners, and seasoned riders alike. These classes are also a great way to safely expose your horse to new environments, sights, and experiences.

Come ride, compete, and make memories with your horse in a safe, welcoming, and community-focused environment. Saddle up and be part of the action!

Schedule

Gates Open: 4:30 PM

Gates Close: 5:45 PM

Gymkhana Starts Promptly: 6:00 PM

Divisions

(Rider age is as of January 1st, 2026)

PeeWee/Leadline: 12 years old & under

Junior: 13 – 17 years old

Adult/Open: 18 years old & over

Jackpot: Anyone interested

Fees

PeeWee/Leadline Entry Fee: $15

Junior Entry Fee: $20

Adult/Open Entry Fee: $20

Optional Jackpot Class: $5

Each gymkhana includes four events plus an optional jackpot class.
Prize money will be paid out to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Payment Policy

Participants must provide cash or a blank check at time of entry to be eligible to enter classes.

End of Season Banquet

An end-of-year banquet will be held to celebrate participants and accomplishments.

Participants who wish to be eligible may pay a one-time $15 Banquet Fee, which will cover their meal at the banquet.

Coggins and Rabies paperwork will be checked upon arrival.

Events are weather permitting. Follow Washington County Fair social media for updates or cancellations.
