Welcome Washington County Fair Exhibitors!


  *To be an exhibitor at the Washington County Fair of Greenwich/Easton, NY exhibitors must be

    a resident of Washington County, NY to enter except for the following competitions:

           -Open Horse Show, Open Gymkhana,

           -Open Ox Challenge, Open Draft Animal Versatility Show & Demonstrations

           -Tractor & Truck Pulls, and Demolition Derbies


To be a Youth Exhibitor:

   *Youth must be a resident of Washington County, NY, attend a school in Washington County, or

     be a member of a 4-H Club, FFA or Scouts in Washington County, NY. All youth exhibitors must be 5 years

     of age as of December 1st of the current year and under 19 years of age as of January 1st of the current

the Drop-Off of exhibits Map, Entry Info including the Entry Process of How to Enter Online (pg12-13), Code of Conduct

                                                            HOW TO ENTER:                                                             

You may enter any competition online by clicking on the "Enter Online" link for all competitions listed below.  Once you have entered in one department, you may continue to any other department in our online Fair Entry program.  We recommend entering Online. However, you do have the ability to download the information you need along with all the appropriate forms.



If Entries are mailed in, they must be POSTMARKED by Wednesday, July 27th.

Entries must be Hand Delivered by Friday, July 29th before 6:00pm.

Online Entries must be submitted before 12:00 midnight on August 1st.
