WCF EXHIBITORS, 

THE 2026 Exhibitor's Handbook is on its way!


Poultry Pullorum Clinic is scheduled for Thursday, July 16th from 10 am - 1 pm.

The updated version for 2026 Fair will be posted the first week in APRIL 2026!!!!

Reminders:

OWNERSHIP
For All Youth, livestock animals must be registered in the individual youth's name (NOT the farm name) by June 15, 2026.

For all Open Class Livestock Exhibitors, the ownership date of all livestock must be by July 15, 2026.

There are NO PAPERS PENDING!  Make sure that you plan accordingly and do not wait until the last minute to Register your animals or Transfer the registration of your animals.

LEASE PAPERS
LEASE PAPERS are due to CCE Office located at 101 Main Street, Argyle, NY,  by MAY 31st 2026 before 4:30pm.

ELIGIBILITY
In order to exhibit at the Washington County Fair:
YOUTH Exhibitors must be a resident of Washington County, NY, attend a school in Washington County, be a current member of a 4-H Club, FFA, or Scouts in Washington County, NY.
OPEN Exhibitors must be a resident of Washington County, NY by July 15, 2026. In the case of Joint or Multiple owners, all owners must reside in Washington County, NY.


RABIES VACCINATIONS
All livestock must receive a RABIES Vaccine at least 14 days before the arrival on to the fairgrounds and not more than 365 days before arrival onto the fairgrounds.
The Washington County Fair uses the universal date of Arrival as Sunday, August 23rd, therefore the LAST DAY that an animal can get their RABIES Vaccine is August 9, 2026!
